How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

What is your return policy for home decor items?

We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made pieces and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the order is sent to our fulfillment center and cannot be changed.
